Deleting your account

This page describes how to delete your SW Trunk Roads Alert Service account.

To delete your account you must be able to login to the Alert Service. Help with this can be found at Logging in.

Deleting my Alert Service account

First login to your Alert Service account. All account pages – typically in the right-hand column on desktop devices, and toward the bottom of the page on mobile devices – display a 'Your Details' panel, see screenshot below.


Screenshot: You can delete your account by clicking on the red 'Delete Account' text in the Your Details panel. Once logged in, the Your Details panel appears on every page.

This panel enables you to delete your account by clicking on the red 'Delete Account' text. You will be asked to confirm you wish to Route Alert account by checking the checkbox, after which you should click the big red 'Delete Account' button. You will receive a final email confirming your account has been deleted.
